We decided ro do take-out as there were activities going on and didnt want to battle for parking. We ordered a crab alfredo, 20 oz Rib Eye steak, trio appetizer, Caesar salad and creme brulee. Ordering for dinner was a bit of a battle, we would call around 4pm and was met with a voicemail several times. I finally got through after the 4th try and was able to put in our order, the food was ready fast (20 minutes). When we picked up our food, the atmosphere was great. We waited for 10 minutes as they were looking for our order, it felt a bit chaotic as they asked me who took my order (I don't know, it was over the phone) and they had to check around to see if the order was complete. When arriving home, we noticed that the crab Alfredo leaked through the takeout container as the bottom of the bag was soaked. Disappointed that the sauce was practically gone. The appetizer with the cougar gold was delicious, totally worth it. The salad was really nothing special, it met my expectations and was pretty much your standard salad. The steak was extremely rare, my husband said he wanted it medium and got an extremely rare steak. The steak was seasoned great, but would of been better if it was cooked a little more. As my husband was cutting his steak, the container got soaked and the fork ripped right through the container. It was a beautiful cut and the sides of mashed potatoes and vegetables were primo. The final piece is the creme brulee, and this was probably the best creme brulee I have ever had in a long time, this overshined almost everything we got to eat and every spoonful was sweet perfection. Overall, my review would of been higher if we ate in... as the takeout containers kind of ruined the experience. It tasted good but not great, but the creme brulee was totally worth it

We had a wonderful meal with excellent service! Restaurant in was very clean! If you want to sit in the fire place area you must wait until lunch. We will be back! Really looking forward to it ☺️

I was expecting more. We stopped to see the hotel and decided to have lunch here. The service and presentation was excellent. My husband salad and salmon was perfect. My meal was the worst even though it looked so pretty. The shrimp was fried, but the oil had a bit of a taste being old. I was starving so I ate it. (Also told waitress to tell the chef). There was fruit flies coming out from my plate. Why mine? The waitress said there has been a problem in the kitchen with fruit flies even exterminating hasn't helped. It must of been in the sweet sauce for the shrimp. DUH! Yep I ate it. I felt that this being a gourmet meal, my meal was subpar and I was disappointed in my experience.

Well, I chose to eat take out from the Palm Court Grill Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday I had an ok meal. I had prime rib with potatoes and asparagus. The cut of prime rib was great, however I had only 4 small slivers of mini potatoes and 4 stalks of asparagus. This cost me $50. I would have thought they would have been more generous with the sides. On Wednesday I decided to try the Halibut fish and chips. The picture above represents what I paid $27 for. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This looks like a kids meal. The halibut pieces were edge trimmings off of a filet. The pieces were so small they couldn't fill a 5 year old. I am very very disappointed. This will be the last meal I have here.

Is there a dress code

Technically no, but it's a high class joint. So I would be respectable anyways. At least business casual. It's a place where one gets to dress up a bit and feel good about themselves, and get excellent service on top of that.

Do they charge by the cup for coffee, no refills even if you are dining?

That was not my experience there. But that was for ordinary brew coffee and not something fancy.
