Friendly staff I love how they all worked together and was patient with the kids ordering their ice cream we all also enjoyed the upstairs learning areas and the videos in the theature thank you for always giving us a great experience when we come to visit!

Oh boy was this a real treat. We took the long drive from Sioux Falls with the family and it was well worth it. This visit changed my opinion about Blue Bunny Ice cream for the better. They say you can taste all the flavors, but gee whiz, you'd really be holding up the line. Busy place on the weekends, in the summer none the less. (What should I have expected ? lol.) The kids loved it as did the adults. Reasonably priced. The employees all seemed to be high school kids and did lack some basic customer service skills. They seemed to be like a deer in the headlights. So lower your expectations there.

Got to visit the Ice Cream Capital of the World. This place did not disappoint with the beautiful layout inside. The Ice Cream was great and they had many displays with a nice gift shop. Just what you think of when you think Ice cream Parlor The staff are super to talk with.
