Plans call for a 20-story edifice located away from Brand along Maryland Avenue, featuring 240 residential units on 14 floors above six levels of podium parking and three-and-a-half basement levels. The project would set aside five percent of its toatl units - or 12 total - as very low income housing, and also provide open space, landscaping, amenities and replacement parking for an adjacent bank building. The surrounding property, which spans approximately 1.5 acres, is linked to the firm Adelphia Properties - an affiliate of Cimms Inc.
