it has now been 2 weeks since i was called regarding an order for a cpap machine prescribed to me in June, the person who spoke to me said they could not find the authorization for the machine, only the accessories. i told them i have the authorization in MyChart. the person told me they will call me back "shortly." 2 weeks later i have received no communication. i have called 3 times and can only reach the voicemail box. the recording for leaving a message says they will reply within 24-48 hours, but my 3 attempts and messages sent through the week last week beg to differ. i asked my doctor's office for help reaching them and the MA was able to speak with someone in the cpap department, however when the MA called me and merged the calls, i was transferred yet again to the voicemail box. ive worked in the medical field for 6 years and i have never encountered this level of gross incompetence. if someone were to actually talk to me and explain the situation, then maybe i would be more understanding. i expect some level of communication from a MEDICAL SUPPLY store. i just want to sleep.

Worst company ever. They don't call you back, they send wrong medical supplies for every order, and no one answers the phone until you call them 20 times in a row.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They say they are a family owned company that's explains why none of the employees have no education. The supplies I ordered was Left on my porch they didn't even knock on my door. So the supplies were left out for all the neighbors to see. & When I tried to call them for a week straight to let them know They sent me the wrong supplies I got the run around. The mattress they delivered was supposed to be new but it had bed bugs in it . Do yourself a favor. Go to any other company but this one you will be disappointed it should be closed down. I will be contacting the better Business bureau.

My medical provider ordered my CPAP machine last March and until today 4/29/22 didn't arrive yet. I've been calling them to follow-up but they keep on transferring me to what they call"CPAP MACHINE DEPT" and no one is answering the phone. Do not transact your business here try to order your machine somewhere more reliable. I just called them again today 05/18/2022 and they've told me to wait another 60 days. This machine is a medical equipment necessary to help me with my sleep apnea (Dr's prescription) and yet I have to wait forever.
