Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Listened to the bartender and had the fish and chips, it was much better than their burgers. I don't even know what it cost, the boss was paying. They didn't have malt vinegar but provided some red wine vinegar that actually went well with the fish. The fries were good. The water was city water rather chunky but quite g[od other than my ability to drink it faster than it was refilled,it was a hot day and a break from work so I was thirsty.

There was a note at the hostess station mentioning short staff. We always try to treat retail and restaurant employees with care, especially during the pandemic. Our food came quickly, our waitress was awesome, peppy, quick, hot not too much, always came to ask if we wanted refills. I can't remember her name, but she had a long ponytail and no bangs. We used a birthday freebie. Great Monday night! We each had the Red Robin burger

We went to Red Robin for my mom's birthday. They unfortunately wouldn't take a reservation, but we didn't have to wait too long to get a table for 8. The milkshakes were excellent even if they took a little longer than normal due to the machine having issues. My burger was cooked how I wanted and my customizations were followed. Server Blake did a fantastic job taking care of us. We will definitely go there again.

This was single-handedly one of the worst dining experiences of my entire life. Came here two hours before close and the waitress was rude and short toned the entire time, rushing us to place our order as she was clearly wanting to end her night. On top of that my burger came out completely raw, it took her 10 minutes before even stopping by the table to check on us and when I showed her the burger which was raw even on the edges, she scoffed and sent it back in. I was brought back out a “new” burger which is indicated in the photo I posted below, still raw. I had also let the waitress know that I am 8 months pregnant prior to her bringing out the “redone” Burger and it was still brought back out to me undercooked. To be served an undercooked burger not once, but twice, and made to feel like you are problem for coming in to dine two hours before close made this one of the worst experiences. Not to mention the kid behind the line who was cooking the burgers was by himself and looked to be about 16 years old. Will not be back.
