We started a conversation with Fred Months ago about buying or ordering a Sun-Lite 18RD From him. We decided to wait till he had what we were looking for on his lot instead of ordering a unit. Well the end of last month he had what we were hoping for and we went to GQC to look at it. It was basically in good shape, was only missing a jack from the factory that he already had received from Sunset Park RV. The jack was put on before we even completed the deal. They hooked trailer up to generator so we could make sure everything was in working order. It was a rainy yucky day and we still had to set up the hitch. One of his employees (wish we got his name) came out to help. And we appreciated it very much. Thank you Fred and GQC for a pleasant purchase experience. I would definitely contact Fred again at GQC if we were in the market again.

Bought a car for about $3,000 under what carfax put it at! Super great deals and cars! They were very willing to help us and not pushy at all! We knew what we wanted and they worked with us and our bank! Really great experience overall!! They did offer us the car history before buying too.

I purchased A 2021 heartland Trail runner 251BH THREE weeks ago from this dealership. We regret to say this Trailer has really POOR quality and craftsmanship, and this is the WORST dealership EXPERIENCE for us so far two weeks after we purchased we found out the water heater DOESN'T work and we have no hot water. And just YESTERDAY when it rains, we found out the roof of the Trailer was leaking water. I called the dealership and asked them to help arrange a mobile service to come to the Trailer to help us fix the issues, but the dealership rejected my request and asked us to take the Trailer to A repair shop which was really inconvenient for us. I just felt like we weren't treated fairly GIVEN the POOR quality of the Trailer and the customer service being not helpful at all. overall, it was A frustrating and terrible experience.

I believe you just wear your mask and call ahead to make sure they are Available to take people at the time you're thinking of going. And you should be fine. Sonja is highly skilled in her profession and business and she is great with helping you get the car you need... I love this frame dealer and their staff, I Highly Recommend it👍
