The slowest people to ever work at any given company I've been to. No regards to people making them stand outside in the sun just to enter the office where when you do you watch 3 ppl doing almost nothing and the ppl doing are taking forever. Only person that does help was Elizabeth. Horrible experience.

The front desk staff are on a power trip. These girls barely graduated middle school so you have to be patient with them. Now the cars are all bad. The cars have the worst quality of any Iaai location, they post deceiving pictures and the cars are never what they seem at this location. Do not buy anything from this location. You are better off dealing with the north hollywood location. Customer service goes a long way sometimes. Even when you do a bad purchase sometimes the service can make up for it. Here it was all bad.

Rigo Rangel

One of the worse IAA in SoCal, it's debatable between North Hollywood and this one here in Gardena as to which is worse. The loaders are always too busy to help out those that are there to pick up a single unit, giving preference to the big trucks which are always out numbered 8-1.

This place is horrible. My insurance company had towed it here stating it was a safe lot not to worry. When i went to pick up my vehicle it had new damage to it and their workers decided to help themselves to personal items in my truck. They did not have any means to enter my vehicle no damage was inside and they were using a forklift to maneuver my vehicle around the lot so being inside shouldn't have been an option. They refuse to call me back or help me with this at all.
