Was told online that my order was ready came to this location very unprofessional location the manager Curtis did come out and speak with me after I was told he would not have time. no help. I ordered in advance so I would not have to go through this this location needs to be better trained then I said that I wanted the order I was ignored me and my children were delayed for our appointment staff member Rodrigo Roberto was helping us we're just standing around it's 8:25..very ghetto location.. Heavy set black guy with tattoos.. no help at all.. manager just there for no reason...

This is my first time at this location. As soon as walk in i was welcome. I went to do a lot of copies today. One of your crew member.(staples representative) name GISELA help me she was really nice. Good actitud ,her tone of voice was so nice all the time even tho she was so bussy because there were alot of people they were doing copies today she will always come and help me.Thank you so much Gisela for all your help i hope you get a raise. Best costumer service ever.I loved it

Just want to say i'm so impressed with MANNY with the nice blonde hair. He's so educated on his product knowledge. Doesn't mind explaining and answering questions. give me the best experience and has the best customer service. He Definitely shows the leadership role and be in a management position.

We visit this Staples at least once a month for our small business needs the employees are knowledgeable and the store is almost always clean. On the other hand we tried there service center for a special promotional order this is a perfect example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.The back east outsource center had no prompt response took them over a week to tell us things that the in store attendant did not ,this leading to our product being delayed for our special event. We will never make a special order with them again and we advise you to think twice before ordering from them.
