I wanted to provide this dealership 5+ stars for their excellent work! I listed my vehicle on "Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer" to sell. Auto Gallery was one of the first to respond. I corresponded and we set an appointment. Since the introduction and all throughout the process the employees Chardai and Vince provided excellent customer service and answered every question I had. They made an odder and I accepted. Moreover, they exceeded my expectation and provided a smooth process to completing the sale. Their professional knowledge was mastered and I was beyond happy to have sold my vehicle to Auto Gallery Mitsubishi Corona! I definitely recommend this dealership in Corona if you have a vehicle to sell or trade. They also have many beautiful cars on the lot if you're interested in purchasing from them.

Stay away from this place. I had to reach out on 3 separate occasions for a car I was interested in that I found online and after all that was I finally told I had to come in person to even get an OTD estimate from them. They had a great price online for a car I wanted to buy but of course come to find out they add a 5k mandatory package of worthless add-ons to all their cars. No wonder they had a great price online! They want to force you to come in for an OTD price so they can manipulate you in person. Don’t waste your time.

i drove 50+ minutes for a Audi that I would of paid the full 20k with normal fees but worst part is they said I had to pay the 5k for the for the anti theft system yet it said on the side of the car optional package with the fake system that comes with the car stock off a normal lot. not only that but it’s complete false advertisement tires were two different tires and on top of that 5k for a alarm that comes In every single 2010+ car. The sales man even said no no it says no haggle online I go online yet does it even mention a real alarm fee or the “no haggle” worst dealer in corona hands down.

I read all the negative reviews, I hoped that they'd be inflated but they weren't. I contacted them online about a car that I wanted. I was contacted Joan who said I needed to come in to make the deal. I had already secured financing and told her that because I lived 4 hours away, I wanted to be sure that everything was good. She assured me that we were fine. I drove 4 hours, showed up to the dealership and the sales guy said that not only was she not in, she should have explained to me the pricing. They added $6,000 in paint protection work and wanted to charge for it. Not only that, I already had a loan, but they only would finance me through their bank. I wasn't surprised given the reviews, and lucky for me I had an appointment to look at another car, which I ended up buying. This dealership is not only dishonest but their tactics are shameful. The pricing isn't what is advertised and there is a serious ethical problem at this dealership.
