Today is my 2nd time coming to pickup, 1700 appointment, and the guards are very helpful,and don't give you a hard time. If there's room inside they will let you park. IN SHIPPING OFFICE THERE IS A GENTLEMAN AND A LADY AND THEY WERE VERY KIND AND RESPECTFUL. TREAT OTHERS LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.

Cool place to deliver one hour before my appointment (7:00) Out (8:15). Super friendly staff at check in and receiving office. Just wait for a phone call to go get your bills after your green light. Backing is tight just take your time and there shouldn’t be an issue. Show up early and you might find the lunch truck!

The 2 stars are due to the guards and office people being very professional and friendly. The appointment system here is inefficient because they won't load/unload you before your appointment BUT they will load you 2-3 hours after the dam appointment. how does that make sense?? If you come here, be prepared to wait more than usual. I'm a company driver but i will do what I can to not come back to this place.

1900 appt 1800 arrived 2100 assigned door 2200 loaded with paperwork PICK UP: Your average produce cold storage. PLEASE NOTE: Park on the street and walk up to check in because the security will make you tern around and exit anyways and wait for their call and it is a small lot to tern around in. I checked in, security had me exit and wait for a call. this place is a madhouse around 7pm...from the hill where I was parked and waiting, I watched so many truck congestions...such a nightmare. there is NO terning around at the end of the facility and you may have to blind side into your assigned door. I found it easier to tern around where the security booth is and backing all the back to my door. Once your backed in, the loader will come check your temp, check your chock of the wheels. Loading is fast once your in and depending on what your picking up. They give you a seal when you sign your bills but security never checks it.
