Awesome experience with my sales person, Austin. He made the entire process very simple, and had a great sense of humor. Carmax provided a great deal on my trade in offering me significantly more than I’ve been offered elsewhere. The only hiccup in the process was receiving a prorated refund for my previous vehicle’s MaxCare plan, which the team operating the paperwork side of things suggested that this process would be automatic. Unfortunately, it was not and it did require some back and forth with the original Carmax I made my previous purchase at, which was not too difficult however I did find it inconvenient. The lot is clean, the cars are clean, everything is well spaced out, and everyone seemed to be in good spirits. Thanks, Austin!
