Called to ask if they replace watch batteries & how much. He said he would have to see the watch 1st. So I drive their & there's a sign on the door by appointment only. So I called again & same person said "you didn't ask that question." How would I know to ask that ? He said have a nice day & hung up. NOT PROFESSIONAL! None of the reviews stated by appointment only.

Originally went to Anthony to replace straps on my beater watch, then went on to remove links on several of my mechanical watches that I brought along the way, all while being wonderful company. Finally decided to bite the bullet and get a Rolex Submariner from him (which was really reasonably priced) and couldn't have been more happier. Would definitely come back to get more watches, and if not, just to talk shop with the guy.
