Rubbery likrly re-heated chicken in healthy Hawaiian meal. 3rd time its happened. They also tried to charge us for plates when we ordered bowls. They would not remake the 2nd meal we purchased so my wife and I could eat together. Been coming here for 15 years. This place has gone down hill and the management doesn't care. Hawaiian culture is about family. But not this place.

This used to be my go to hawaiian restaurant up until I moved out of the area a few years ago. I decided to come back to see if it's still as good as I remember it being. The restaurant itself is clean with a lot of indoor seating. It was pretty empty of customers for the most part but the employees were still busy fulfilling online/phone pickup orders. I recommend also ordering ahead of time and picking up as well since we ended up waiting for a decent amount of time. I decided to order a combo meal with chicken katsu, beef katsu, and kalbi and a spam musubi. I really enjoyed the kalbi and chicken katsu, but the beef katsu was a bit too sweet for my tastes. The spam musubi was burnt and dry too, unfortunately. Overall, the food was good and as affordable as I remembered. It's not quite as I remember it being but I definitely wouldn't mind coming back when I'm in the area.

Other than my overly salty and burnt island fried chicken, I was pleased with the kbbq beef combo plate. Its been a couple years since I've been here. The workers were really nice and the tables were clean.

This place is thee best Hawaiian food I have had outside of Hawaii. Yes I lives there for 4 years so I know. These people are very friendly. I was very happy with the service and the taste of the food.
