Ice Man

First time visiting this store, and i went almost at a closing time for Deli Dept. There was a young fellow working at Deli, I was looking to buy some cheese and ham to feed my little toddler, and he was the kindest and humble "Deli employee" I've ever meet. (Samuel, you're a good man) I hope to visit the store next time, and a message to the Management team "give Samuel a 5 five and my feedback" One of the most important feedback for any employee is recognition, and this young fellow it's been recognize by a customer as a good employee.

I have been going there for 20 years, and all the staff have always been very professional, courteous and kind. But a week ago I went there and a cashier by the name of Silvia, was very rude and disrespectful, I don't know if she had a bad day, but I'm not to blame for that, I believe that she has to be nice to customers because that's her job.

Oh my God...i love this particular store that is only 0.6 miles away from where I work, and a Blessing to me. Honestly. Every time I want to check out, I end up with the same cashier, for the past 3 months. All the time. Her name is Trinity. For a reason. Today I found out why. God works in mysterious ways 🙏. I went to stater as usual to buy my dinner. Of course I had Trinity as my cashier. Finished paying, went to my car, to find out that I left my car keys inside!!!!!. I went back to Trinity and explained to her my situation. Guess what...she used her personal phone to get AAA for help. If that is not great customer service, then nothing is. Vanessa on checkstand 4 asked me if I would like a chair to sit!!!!!. I mean I was overwhelmed by kindness from the whole crew in the front, all the cashiers next to Trinity who was on 6, not to forget the girls they were bagging as well. Unbelievable, seriously Unbelievably kindness. Trinity, my Blessing angel cashier, offered me drinking water. In all and all, instead of being stressed from my situation, Trinity's kindness and compassion put me at ease. I understand now why I always ended up with her!!! God knew she is going to assist me in this situation. Thank you so very much Trinity, I am really grateful 🙏 and God bless. Now a day it's difficult to find carrying people like you. . Please don't change. See you again soon . I would like to thank the store manager of that store as well. Your employees must be happy with your treatment to them. I congratulate you for this outstanding customer service.
