My experience with important perscription is negative, I suffer with Lupus, fibroymalgia and host of nuerelogical problems and therefore if I do not stay consistent with my medication my illness flares. The Doctors are great, although when I have call staff and ask about my medication not being called in I am told they are to busy to wait until the end of the day and they in fact are already late.

This place doesn't seem to care about their patients. My sister received an auth to be seen by Dr Madilawi for endocrinology. They made us wait until they received lab results from her PCP to make an appointment weeks out. Which I understand there is going to be a wait. Especially with all that is going on now. With that being said, my sister had to be admitted into the hospital for emergency hip surgery due to her underlying endo condition. So the day of her appointment, I needed to get Hospital Supervisor approval to be there for the telehealth visit scheduled with the endocrinologist, since my sister has some intellectual deficiencies and I would need to provide history. Well, her appointment time came and went with no contact. So we still have no answers. I emailed them yesterday requesting for the appointment to be rescheduled to next week since she is hospitalized and I cannot return after they essentially blew off the appointment we made. I have received no response. I read good reviews on the Dr so I really did not foresee this. How can you make someone wait for weeks for an appointment and then simply attempt no contact and skip the appointment? I cannot express how frustrating this is. For someone trying to help a loved one who is suffering with no root cause. You cannot treat patient's and family members like they don't matter. The Dr may very well be great, but we wouldn't know since we weren't important enough to actually have someone follow through with our appointment.

Dr. Siddiq is very polite, works with you to see what options you have for your health issues. Always takes you to the best specialists for referrals. So far I like my doctor. As well as the nurse assistant xochilt. Very polite, always helps and understands the patients and their health needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Siddiq and la Verne medical group. I've Never been in the urgent care section, but I'm sure they are as professional as Dr. Siddiq and staff members. Thank you Xochilt and Dr. Siddiq!

Dr. Mandilawi is very professional, knowledge, & thorough. He truly cares about his patients & is very dedicated. His examinations are complete, & he doesn't waste time nor hesitate to refer patients to specialists, or to perform any trsts that are necessary. He is truly a great blessings, & a jewel. May the Lord continue to bless him & his practice.
