They're great. I can reliably go in with twenty minutes spare before work and be out in time to arrive early. Friendly staff too. Edit: They keep closing the inside dining which would be fine but as an Amazon driver I don’t have the height clearance to go through drive thru and they refuse to take my order if I walk through. Super frustrating and they kept ignoring me when I tried to explain the problem. Couldn’t get food at all and had to go someone else for lunch. Very irritating especially since I see those same people there everyday and they can’t make one exception with clear reasoning.

Do not order from here via the mobile app. I ordered for pickup, paying for my order in advance, but when I arrived to pick up my order the restaurant was closed. I attempted to contact the restaurant via the feedback website, but received no response. Edit: as a response to the seller's boilerplate response- I already filled out the feedback form on the website, and never received a response. As I ALREADY STATED in this review. You'd think they could do a better job of pretending to care. Looks like I won't be going to Jack anymore.
