The LAPD Foothill Police department does NOT "protect and serve". In fact, it is nearly impossible to even get them on the phone to file a police report. When I finally got through to them (after trying for 55 minutes), they clearly didn't care about the potentially dangerous situation that I was attempting to report. In short, the LAPD seems tired. They seem burned out on their jobs, they seem to have little interest in protecting the welfare of the citizens, and they seem inconvenienced when they are needed to enforce the laws of Los Angeles. My advice would be, "if you live in Los Angeles, learn to protect yourself". If your life is on the line, the LAPD won't be there to help you. Finally, a message to the LAPD: Don't expect the citizens to respect and appreciate LAPD officers, when the LAPD officers show no genuine desire to protect the public . If your heart isn't in it, and you just show up to collect a paycheck, the citizens of Los Angeles will never appreciate you.

This is an okay place. They offer other services if you want to put your child in cadet program. The ages range from 6-17 I believe. This is unit is really cool, the only thing is that they only had one police officer helping people to needed to make reports. The reports lasted about an hour. There was even people who left because it took so long. I would recommend to put about a total of three police officers to help when you are doing the reports.

Called to report a situation happening in the alley behind house and the officer who answered gave me two other numbers then transferred me to a line that ended up hanging up on me! I tried one number it was disconnected! .. I would have tried the other number but he said it was for an officer who was on vacation over the weekend and I couldn't call for 3 days so I tried 1 877 ask LAPD and it just went back into the circle. This is some bullsh*t . What do we have to do in order to get the cops over here for non emergency suspicious activity happening behind the Pollo Loco on laurel cyn and Osborne!!?? Geeesh! Come on guys, PROTECT AND SERVE...OR AT LEAST ANSWER THE PHONE.

Because no one cares.
so, i got blomkers on, dude's harfasing me to move of his private property. Now, " I will move" , w/ghat in mind, man, it's emergency blinkers. some leniancy is in place here. ¡ok! thanks captain. goldbye.
The reason they dont pick up and or hang up is because they don't care. If they pick up phone and dispatch a unit before it get worse then it won't benefit them. There job is to make sure crime happens other wise the Detectives don't have a job. It's the detectives that run the show. They are the most corrupt evil ppl. It's not to protect and serve it's to SEEK AND DESTROY.
Evon, are you okay? Do you need help still?
Have her arrested for elder abuse, do not allow this behavior to continue it will only get worse.
Just in front and in the neighborhood to the side.
You can search up inmates at the sherriff's website I believe.
Going to your local courthouse nd file for a restraining order. I'm not to sure but I think police can give a temporary restraining order. But you can definitely take care of one at the courthouse.
You can have the police take the report at your residence if there is evidentiary value.. But if it is from your home.. Call the nonemergency line..
He is right but the police are very lazy, they resign and many countrymen who would work better
