They got rid of the coin machines. No longer worth going. Not getting a pass card to wash winter blankets when I can do it by hand at home.

Clean, with a variety of sizes of machines and different payment methods. I needed to get in and out quickly and I did, but while I was there someone had a big struggle with a machine. She was able to call for help, but I was glad I didn't have to deal with all that. Parking is limited.

Went to do 2 large loads, one of the washing machines stopped working, and didn't refund the money. So I had to pay again and switch my sopping blankets into another machine. I almost didn't bring extra cash with me, as it is known to be a scary place to do laundry. I would have been really upset if I didn't have extra cash to afford laying twice for the same load. I called the number on the wall. A guy in the mat showed me there were cards to fill out for a refund, and sign to hang on the machine, as it happens somewhat often. I rarely ever go to laundry mats, as I was only doing blankets. So I hope my return will be cash back. The manager called back and said he would be back in a couple days, and would get the refund out then. It got the job done, but I probably won't be there again for a long time.
