Applied to live at the park paid the fee never heard back from them again wether I was accepted or denied. The one mobile home they showed me was nice and come to find out the manager bought it right out from under me. If he wanted for himself why even bother to show it. I would either like myoney back or a letter of approval or denial!! Instead you just kept my money and said nothing.

It's not a bad place by any means. It's as good as it's going to get at least it's a place to live the managers are nice and understanding and really great ful for that. What I worry about is the main company constantly raising the lot rent and trying to kick out older trailers for new ones. I've been here for 15yrs since 4th grade..I've seen big changes for the better but yet some worse too.

Management is just M.I.A and kinda ignores new customers. Ive seen residents being sold trailers that should be condemned. The new ones are nice... Just know they tend to ignore everyone unless it's pay day.

No, although not sure it has been asked before. With how greedy the new owners are, it would be worth asking management. But, I'd do it only as a last resort type of thing. Lot rent is ridiculous
Yes. Call the office. Many of the owners are willing to sell their mobile homes as well.
Lot Rent Currently: $399.00 As of November 1st, 2019..., PV has chosen to increase our Lot Rent by $59.00, bringing up $458.00 as the new subtotal... Then add Water Access & usage then Sewage Access & Usage... Depending on those, plan on average to pay around ***$500.00 for all. ***This does not include any services rendered if you chose to use them or when fined for noncompliance issues, late fees (if any), etc..., Although, with Mr. Bolotti, communication is the key to a great relationship.
Lot rent is $400 a month includes sewer,water and garbage!
