0/5 stars. Never have I walked into a business and get disrespected immediately at first contact. Not sure if it was a manager or not, but she was rude, raised her voice, and was throwing around the nastiest facial expressions I seen ever from a customer service employee before she stormed off. Completely unprofessional and she is disgusting for that. Not only that, the food is gross and is microwaved, which I was told by other employees. If I wanted a crusty microwaved meal I would stay home. Do better.

*FARMINGTON MISSOURI LOCATION...Fabulous engaging waitress, steaks done perfectly, but waitress insisted on taking once take off the bill just because I joked it was just a little overdone, ordered medium rare. LOL tried to talk her out of it, was not necessary!

Talked with our server about happy hour specials (drinks AND apps). The server recommended the perfect margarita with chips and the new loaded waffle fries as examples for the special. Again, I made it very clear I was looking for HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS, and neither of these recommendations were included, something I was not aware of until I received my bill. People around us (that were seated after we put in our order) continued to receive their appetizers and meals while we sat and waited for over an hour. When these things were brought up to employees, they apologized and said there was nothing they could do about the misleading information I received while placing my order, and that the wait time was contributed to the overwhelming amount of people to serve. The wait time could have been easily forgiven IF meals were served in order. Instead of others being served within 20 minutes of ordering (AFTER US) and it taking ours 75 minutes. Incredibly disappointing. Not to mention the burnt meat on the prime rib sandwich and substituting the typical half plate of French fries, for a $2 up charge, to receive *FIVE* onion rings. The unfulfilled kids meal (only received pizza and fries, but still paid full price). Plus, the quesadilla burger arrived cold and we never got the side of fries for it. It’s been a year since we’ve been here and the last time was exactly the same. Bummer.

The place is clean and well decorated, and the waiters are nice and friendly. I ordered the Whisky Bacon Burger. It's very delicious, and the portion is filling, but I think it's better if there's more pickles or lettuce to balance the greasiness of the beef patty, bacon, and fried onion rings.
