We booked a (2) queen bed (1) pull-out couch room. The website says 4-6 people. Yet I had to pay $30 ($15 per kid) when my son decided he wanted to bring a 2 friends (bringing our room total to 5). The pool and arcade close @ 8:30. The lifeguard had ear buds in the whole time and was on her phone. Kids had tubes stacked 4 high some kids didn't get a tube. Big kids were running and jumping all over the toddler area never once was a whistle blown. The trash from the night before was never emptied. There was an unused tampon on the floor by the hot tub. Pool didn't open until 9 yet checkout is 11 with no option for a late check-out. Do yourself a favor and book a room at the Holiday Inn. So much better. You won't regret your stay there like I regretted my stay here!

Definitely a fun, family friendly place to stay. I didn't catch her name, but there was an older woman working the front desk to get us checked in and she was rather rude. she left and was replaced with someone else who was much more familiar with customer service. The water park was a blast, though the chlorine was very, very strong. The arcade was decent but if you like old fashioned tickets you'll notice they use a play card instead. Our room was wonderful and very clean. I would recommend staying here if you have kids, or if you're a big kid at heart.

The water park closed early and so did the arcade. The cost of the rooms is kind of ridiculous, in all honesty. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as it was basically prepackaged snack foods. So, for over $300 a night my kids got to swim for approximately 2 hours. Check-in was at 4:00 pm so we arrived after dinner thinking we still had a couple hours of swim time. No, they’re closing in 1 hour. Snack bar also closed 30 minutes early. Bummer, we’ll have a couple hours again in the morning. Nope. Not opening until 10:00 am with checkout at 11:00 am. The hours of operation on their website stated they were open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. They really need to keep their website better updated or staff needs to actually work the posted hours. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was good so there was that but overall quite disappointing. Will definitely be checking into other area waterpark options for any future stays.

It was all around a pretty fun stay. A couple issues: we ordered food at the waterpark and were charged double because the person working the till didn't know how to ring things up properly. The extra blanket that was packed away for the sofa bed had some questionable white stains on it?? Gross. Also, my four kids, my boyfriend and I all got some sort of stomach virus from here and have been throwing up since our stay. My daughter said one of her friends from school had just gotten sick after their stay here as well. The food? Maybe. Dirty water? Probably.
