Don't come here on a Saturday. You can't walk down the aisles without bumping into someone. Store is filthy but it's probably because it's a Walmart and Walmart only cares about putting more items in the store and hoping you buy them. They couldn't care less about your shopping experience.

Shelves were poorly stocked. Product over stock was on high top shelf and not put in customer section. No employees around the entire department in over 45 minutes. Lost at least 3 sales from me alone. Many other customers discussing the same thing as well as how messy and dirty the store has become.

Electric cart I elected to use in store went dead on isle 14 5 minutes after I started shopping went to front got another ,that one lasted another 5min. I always thought Walmart took pride in having something as important as power wheelchairs available by entry doors not The case at BRainard store! All elect.chairs we're in costumer service area? Plugged in for charging. I would recommend having someone look after them.

Purchased a twin size air bed that would not stay inflated. I returned it for a replacement. The replacement had 2 holes in the side. There were no more in stock. A refund provided via a Wal-Mart gift card. Zero stars for the merchandise. 5 stars for the lady at the return desk.
