Promoting cross contamination and ignoring food safety laws!! I overheard the pink haired manager announce to her crew that she's reusing a used cup for another drink, and tell an employee to top off decaf drinks with caffeinated coffee because they ran out of decaf.

Love stopping by and getting my coffee and bagel on my way into work. This morning however, the girl at the drive thru window was very distracted speaking to her co-workers, and my toasted buttered bagel was unsatisfying. The bagel cut was terrible, couldn't tell if it was actually toasted, and piled high with butter spread. Thank goodness for the 3 napkins, as I am now using them and some to clean up the butter mess. Hate to write a bad review after many good trips, but do not want this to become the new normal!

Always great coffee and donuts!! We entered the store, four girls working there on a Saturday morning and not one of them greeted us. After being there a couple of minutes and their backs all to us, we said "good morning"!! Would be nice to have a greeting and a smile when you walk in 💝
