Thank you, Tristan for helping with my new phone transfer of information from my old phone. Wow, I had spent 2+ hours at the Wisconsin Rapids US Cellular trying to startup my new IPhone 13. Even after speaking to & being reassured by Apple over the phone, that it could be done, the US Cellular salesman said that the transfer of information from my old IPhone 6 to the new phone could not be done because the old phone did not have enough memory and/or current software updates… He said that it would need to be done through a computer at my home. Also, the salesman said that the 2 phones spoke to each other without WiFi?… but everytime that I left US Cellular (WiFi), the phones stopped speaking to each other, so still not sure if this is true? I left US Cellular pretty upset and unsure if this new expensive phone would even work. This is when I drove past Rapid Computer Repair AKA Pulse Repair… Tristan (tech at RCR) said that I may need a memory card to transfer/ save photos and because they had none, I drove to Walmart to get one… by the time that I got back to RCR, my new phone was ready with all old data (phone #s, photos, apps, etc…) AND Tristan also saved my photos on the memory card for me as a backup. What a great experience! Hopefully, I won’t need any future phone or computer repairs, but if I do I will go to Tristan at Rapid Computer Repair AKA Pulse Repair without hesitation.

I had a usb moisture / debris icon and the usb port would not work on my Samsung 9+. I had to charge the phone with a wireless charger. I have had this issue for 3 months. I tried drying it out and cleaning the usb port with no luck. Took it in and they found debris in the usb port. They had it fixed in less 10 minutes. They hardly charged me anything. Wish I would have went to them sooner. I highly recommend them.

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 and had the screen completely replaced at Pulse Repair very quickly and for a good price. Customer service was great. James was very helpful, friendly, and got the job done promptly! I picked up my device about an hour after dropping it off. Highly recommend.
