Awful.. Stayed with friends this past Saturday in one of the hot tub suites as an early bday celebration...the whole outside of the building looks dated and sketchy.. There were unsavory clientele hanging around. One guy was clearly either super drunk or high on something..He could barely stand up straight and he was wandering the parking lot. The room was musty and gross. Clearly the decor has not been updated since this hotel was built. The bathroom had blue 70s looking tile and looked like it had not been cleaned..the hot tub backed up and was draining into the bathtub. We had to sleep on a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows..my husband had to use the couch cushion as a pillow. The locks on the door were not working and the door itself looked it had been kicked in a couple times by a swat team or something. Didn't get much sleep as I didn't feel safe closing my eyes.. The worst part of the experience as we all work up with coughs and sore throats. The walls are peeling like water is leaking down..I think they might have black mold in their walls that we were breathing in... This place needs to be torn down... Sorry but just being truthful

Positive: nothing Negative: I booked my room on line, got there 30 min later to be told they have no rooms available. I had to drive another hour and 45 min home late at night, such a horrible experience. Your on line service needs to be updated when something like this happens

The rooms are DIRTY it's pretty bad when u gotta clean the room after its been cleaned and u still feel like its not clean enough . But it is the cheapest hotel in Rapids. I don't recommend staying there unless u absolutely have to!

It is the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. The floor has muddy boot prints on it. The bedding and towels were badly stained. There was food spattered on the walls. The door didn't shut properly and there was a horrible draft blowing all night. We had to keep the heat at 90! The toilet would not flush properly. The pink tub did not drain so my shower was more like a bath. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more somewhere else for a more comfortable night sleep!
