Fantastic staff, wonderful facility! I got the chance to do sound and lights for a show here this past weekend and from the time I walked in the door to the time I packed up and left they were always welcoming and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time here. Shout out to Erica and Pepper! They have a wide array of games to choose from as well. And the bar knows how to make a great drink! Definitely worth the trip to nekoosa if you like to gamble or just get away for the weekend!

First time at HCN and overall really enjoyed it. The staff is FANTASTIC! The rewards play was GREAT! And i enjoyed meeting and chatting with many of the other guests. Its 100% slots so if you're into table games this is not the place for you. Very Good selection of games although I would have liked to see more "must hit by" or games that offer some advantage play with building wilds, etc. Oh and no free soda like at the othe HC locations I have been. Have to purchase from vending machine for $2.50 which seemed a little high also.

Nekoosa is my favorite casino of the two I go to.. in Wisconsin. I go with my 92 year old mother-in-law. The downside is, unlike the other casinos, Nekoosa no longer offers free soda and water. You would think as much money as people spend gambling there, Nekoosa would spend the few pennies it cost for a soda from the soda fountains in order to keep customers happy and hydrated. That's one advantage Black River has. Bring back the free drinks Nekoosa..and your seats will be filled more. That's why you get a 3 star.

This is a slot-only casino... The restaurant that was in there before is no longer... Its now just a bar that has some hot sandwiches, pizzas, hotdogs, and chips.. There is a Smoking area outside (around the back of the casino) The staff are walking around all the time and are very helpful!! Every machine is sanitzed before/after every use! First time visitors will recieve a 10$ play bonus on slots with a 1$ purchase! This was my First time visiting and probably the last (live in MI) but i had a great experience leaving with some extra cash in my pocket!
