Jessica, Cody, Tracy and Rob all at Link were FANTASTIC! We had picked up a mail in our tire and got turned away in another town while trying to get it fixed. Went to Link and they got us right in! While our motorhome was getting the tire fixed, went went to check out a new motorhome! We had so much help here and everyone was so nice! We live 7 hours away from Link, but the customer service was so top notch, that this is where we will be purchasing a new motorhome from!

Don’t break down in the Minong area and expect getting help from this place, I broke down on the highway with my rv trailer and had to get tires mounted, being a disabled person I couldn’t get them to take 15 minutes and mount tires for me. The gal at the front desk said I could not do the tire removal in their parking lot cause of insurance which is fine so I had to move the trailer across the road and when I asked if they change tires she said they would but it would take 2 days to do. I have been in the repair business for over 30 years and I would have been embarrassed if I would have treated a potential customer like they did. If it would let me it would be negative stars

Over the years, I've bought two RVs from Link RV and have had my travel trailer winterized there every fall. Always great service. Recently, I brought a truck camper to Link to have a loose TV arm replaced. Jessica got me in right away and made my short wait comfortable. Kevin did the needed installation professionally, and I was done in less than an hour. Another great job.

Great place very polite knowledgeable and helpful. Had a nice class C RV that we were looking for. can't wait to use it. Our salesperson Rob was a pleasure to work with. Got a good price for our trade in fifth wheel. Financing was a breeze. I would recommend this place to anyone!
