Its the downtown Reno bus station. It's in a super sketchy area. A lot of the people using public transportation are nice, hard-working people that just need to use the bus. But there are those individuals who are strung out and crazy and are always asking for money or cigarettes or to use your phone and so many other things. The bus drivers are hit and miss. You have some who are really nice and abide all the rules and get you to your destination. Then there are other drivers who are rude and yell at curse at people and drive really crazy.

It's called RTC access or city lift and you have to be approved for it and you have to buy special tickets it's $3 a ride I just got mine. I hope this helps
Judy just get to the 4th Street Station and from there they can give you all the information you need to transfer to any ride you may need
You can catch the 11 or 13 to sutro and walk about 3 minutes

The 19 does not run on the weekends. Sorry. You can take. The 5 or 15 to 6th and wells an walk from there
