Took my 2022 Tiguan in because of a recall VW informed me of for the rear hatch spoiler. The service department kept the vehicle a few days which was OK, understandable. However, once it was returned the spoiler was installed incorrectly. The service consultant tried to convince me it was fine but it was clearly not. He then called his manager over which I didn't ask for, but when the manager came over he clearly stated right away it was not installed properly and that they would take it back to have it fixed. It didn't sit well that the first guy tried to convince me it was fine then he himself escalated to his manager on me just for the manager to say it was not right. I then take the car in for the 2nd time and granted it was the 4th of July weekend that came across but my car sat with the service department for about a week. They called me late Friday which I couldn't pick up on time before they closed so I rushed on Saturday to pick it up. Got there right before 6 and they rushed me off the lot as they were closing. All to find out the hatch spoiler is still not on correctly and now the manager is not answering his phone or returning voice-mail. First time going with a VW, went with a brand new 2022 model and so far its just been a bad experience with VW.

My wife went there for service, and there was one old white guy who yelled and ignored my wife because she's not speaking English well. It was so rude and bad experience for my wife. one other young white guy was polite tho.

The service I was provided at this dealership was horrendous. I dealt with a lot of mix messages from each of their employees. They were not trying to work with me. Even when I had been clear that I will be providing a wire transfer since day 1 of talking with them, they were still confused and angry at me that I didn't have a check or debit card to transfer the 40k in my account. Any questions or even a small comment seemed like I was creating more burden for them. They do not know how to treat customers. If you look at the better business bureau, they have a D- which is more indicative of their service than this 4 star rating.
