What can you say about this place, stock is improved, overall look is better. There great for equipment that works, the question is for how long, of course you can buy a warranty. It's a great place when you're in need and you don't want to spend much on a tool that you're going to rarely use.

Not good customer service. Item broke within a week. Required phone # or receipt when they knew I bought that item there. Would exchange for a working item, manufacturers normally take back they malfunctioning items for free. Why did they have an issue? Will go to better retailers.

Must have their hands stuck in their buts. It took 3 phone calls this morning before someone had the audacity to answer their Store Phone! Some girl left me one hold twice so long that I'd hang up and just call back. finally a dude answered and helped me out.
