I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone has always been very attentive and caring. My PCP is Dr Donny Huong. I've been with Kaiser for about 2+ yrs. I've always had insurance. I can honestly say Dr Huong is the first doctor that I honestly felt cared about my health.

Not happy with this pharmacy at all!! Called in a prescription on Friday was told it would be ready next day by noon. Went to pick up on Sunday and was told my birth control wasn't in stock and they would have to order it and i could pick up the next day. I show up Monday to get my prescription and it's not ready AGAIN!! Apparently the Sunday girl didn't put the order in.. so once again I have to waste my time and gas and go back to that Petri dish of a pharmacy for a third time in 2 or 3 days when they get my birth control in and they call me. Seems to me Kaiser isn't taking my health care seriously. Maybe they should spend as much time stocking their pharmacy as they do harassing their members to get flu shots. Very disappointing Kaiser....

My infant's son's Rx is constantly on back order and even once they stopped having it in stock. This is not a compounding facility and they are unfamiliar with even the basic knowledge of Rx compounds. I had to speak to member services at the horrible customer service and even worse lack of knowledge on how to address the issue. They literally did nothing to alleviate our issue or to find another Rx that my baby could take.

The worst Kaiser pharmacy Most of the pharmacy staff are asst. Pharmacist's not fully uneducated ,as in working in pharmacy and still attending pharamacy school. There are several asst.s that are fully competent ,and helpful ,the rest should be trained in customer service.The several Pharmacist's that I have encountered ,are hurried ,lazy, resulting in mistakes ,and are unprofessional when they stand corrected.
