Went to move stuff to one of my units and there was a yellow lock on it the older man said it was there because we were an hour late leaving the week before and that it would 80 dollars and he would only accept cash to remove the lock he was very rude didnt even get up from his seat to address the situation we were late we should have to pay but his customer service really sucked and that fact that he wanted only cash was a little suspicious

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE.Staff is very helpful, they go over everything with you, to make sure you understand everything before you sign. They also show you exactly where your storage unit is and staff is very friendly here. I just got a storage today and they were awsome and so helpful
