I sent a box to my sister for a facial láser machine she needed as a gift. We called and said that customs had taken the box and opened it and was charging me 65 more in taxes. Total shipping for a 9 pound box ended up being over $100. Will never use this service again.

The best price is from 15 to 70 pounds per box. Heavy boxes up to 110 lbs. It is better that they weigh less than 70 pounds

We review your shipments and we want to make the answer public: I have in our records Juan Amaral Estrada who has made approximately 10 shipments to Colombia in 2 years. Your last shipment was exported on Jul 11/18 and our estimated deliveries are between 4 to 8 business days to major cities after the Los Angeles cargo leaves. His box was sent to Sevilla Valle (not a main city) and we had to correct the address as it was wrong and it took two days longer than normal. It was delivered on Jul 25 2018. You weren't fooled and we don't promise either. We only estimate a delivery time under normal conditions. If you have entrusted us with your cargo 10 times, why do you say that we are deceiving you? I consider that your comment is NOT prudent and may affect people who trust our services.
