This is a HORRIBLE company to work for! I don't suggest it at all, they do not handle things with their employees properly. They will just remove you from the schedule and won't tell you, just let you show up to work and when you try to clock in you can't. Then call and pretend to have a post for you and naver really give you one... like why even call? They did that to me more than onec! All of their employees spend all day complaining, when I say all I mean ALL. I didn't get why all the complaining until they pulled the most tasteless, demeaning and Unprofessional things I ever endured on a job! They only get one star because they hired me and I can't give -0!

If I could give negative stars I would. The security staff is very rude and not professional at all. I've been doing security for over 30 years and the one thing they would be adamant about was customer service. The wanna be security staff could use a class or two about customer service. They bark orders at guests then try to backpedal and say they asked. Won't even listen to the guests and say guests are being argumentative. They won't even give their names or employee number when asked. Do they even have guard cards? They refused to show guard card when asked and you ARE suppose to show your card when asked. PLEASE PLEASE teach your employees how to communicate deal with guests. The employees I encountered give security guards who know how to do their job right a bad name.

Been working here for over two years and can honestly say I've enjoyed it. They're really flexible and work around your schedule (If you advise them with time). They have different sites all across California, so if you need a change of scenery you can always put in a request to transfer (if there's a spot available). Company keeps expanding which means more opportunities to grow and promotion, and they also have a referral bonus program for every guard you send. Payment depends on the hours they've (your referral) completed.

I had one going in, don't know if they help you get one.
Guard card... first aid CPR Training.. tear gas Training.... powers to arrest Training ... or just a guard card for normal guard positions
