The wait is excessively long even after making an appointment. The customer service with the receptionist is not good either. I waited over an hour with an appointment. Wouldn't recommend this specific clinic. Posting this as I wait to be assisted lol.

Fast and easy. The wait took a while but once you fill out any paperwork it goes by very quickly. The ladies are very nice and patient with you. I was there for 2 hours max. I’m pretty sure what you’re there for the time will vary

Front desk people are extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely horrible customer service. The wait time is over 2 hours, even with appointment! What’s the point of the appointment if they book 15 people on the same time slot and you still have to wait for hours. Never waited this long in other locations.

Worst place ever. Front desk receptionist are rude and dismissive. Personally, I will never return to this particular clinic. Luckily, I had better experiences with other planned parenthood clinics so there behavior did not tarnish planned parenthood reputation for me completely. Please do better with your staffing, especially with your receptionists. They need to learn some customer service skills. Thank you.
