I usually do monthly… most places, but have learned the hard way to test the waters. Literally! Everything at this location was perfect. The pressure of water & equipment didn’t hurt or move any mirrors and I left better than I came. The attendants were helpful & kind. This is still under the same ownership as the last place where I didn’t have the best experience. TOTAL TURNAROUND!!!!! (From the previous full service wash they USED TO have) Happy on so many levels. Xo

Very poor wash. We paid for the top level of service. Machine left front of car covered with bugs. Attendant tried telling us this was because the bugs had been on car for too long. We pointed out we had had the car detailed a week earlier. Attendant refused rewash or refund. This place LOOKS nice but is not set up to actually clean cars. AVOID.

Came to Lightning for the first time today. They give you a free Ceramic Storm (top level) wash for signing up on the app when most washes give you nothing. My car was super dirty and came out exceptionally clean on the other side for how fast the wash was. Not sure why people would complain you have to DIY the free vacuum. Free first wash, then $6 for a basic wash and free use of well maintained strong vacuums with long hoses, you won't find a better deal! Oh, and I don't know who helped me but the two guys that did we're super professional and friendly.

Place is awesome, I've been into this place since they opened. Good and very quick service all the staff are very friendly! My baby loves it here... UPDATE 04-21-2020 after 7mos They have this new CERAMIC WASH for $15 and it's good!, but I'm just wondering that the Tire Black is not included anymore?🤔 as well as the FREE towel and the car scent inside a small litter bag?🤔⭐⭐⭐
