Came in for a slow leak in a tire on my rental car. I had a plane to catch and needed to get in & out as quickly as possible. Savanna was understanding and very nice and her team delivered in about 45 minutes. Outstanding experience!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most incompetent shop in California don’t go there just waisted 2 days in a row for alignment for them to tell me their guy is not here again. And they confirmed appointment. Ridiculous!!!

I come to this pep boys for both my cars for every oil change. My experience is always positive but today they made a HUGE mistake. I ONLY use a specific oil in my car and they were aware of this in my appointment notes and they chose to use a different oil this time and not tell me. They did not resolve the issue and now I need to find another shop to go to because i will never come back to this one again

He explained everything thoroughly, engaged with my restless three year old and ensured I received great customer service from the time I called until the time my keys were handed back to me. Shoutout to Jose also for installing my new tires! I appreciate and highly recommend this Pep Boys.
