I recommend making a call to verify availability before heading in They also offer stellar customer service. They have a wide array of both glasses and contact lenses to try out and choose from. I asked Dr. Clark for better contacts that wouldn't dry up as easily and she found a set that was comfortable and cost effective on the first try. The team will usually give you some contact lenses if you run out to hold you over until your order arrives. Additonally they'll take care of all the background work like calling insurances and figuring out how to maximize your benefits with the plan you have. Overall a seamless experience and would definitely go back again!

I wish I could could give this shop more stars. I used to go to LensCrafters but it was always too crowded and they weren't open when I needed help. I found Complete Eye Care Center on the internet and I'm glad I did! They had my glasses done in less than an hour and got it done right the first time! I also bought a pair of Oakley and some Maui Jim sunglasses while I waited. They have a good selection of and accessories too. This store was also the first one I found that have Covid-19 safety measures in place. Good prices, very professional, and a low-stress approach. I like that they're family owned as well. This place is much better than the chain stores and they remember my name!

I had my right contact tear and when that’s happened in past they offered me a sample. Now they wanted me to purchase the whole box, I don’t mind paying for the lens but I just purchased a year supply from them a few weeks ago. I just needed the one lens so I don’t have to drive home 2 hours to get my replacement. I didn’t get the customer service or the empathy that there used to be in that place. Has there been a change in management? Well, I’m no longer shopping there. That wasn’t even the worst part. The lady that was helping me relayed all this to whom I assume was the manager and he just said “well, she’s just gonna have to pay for it.” But his tone was so accusatory and condescending. It was very rude and I could clearly hear him as he was only two feet away from me. I was ready to also purchase a pair of glasses since I needed a pair. But I will give my business to someone else.

I had a great experience here, Raul was very helpful and my glasses were done in less than 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with the service I received and he gave me such a good deal that I brought my mother and daughter the next day to get their glasses as well. Again, Raul was super helpful and patient, he even got on the phone himself to get the prescription information for my mother and daughter while they tried on glasses. The prices here are very reasonable and we will definitely be coming back.
