I called to set up a payment arrangement for an elderly family member. They took my information, they let me know what days my card would be charged and it was also supposed to be set up as autopay. Both payment arrangements amounts were taken out of my account on the same day and my family member had a note taped on their full garbage cans that they owe a bill. Nothing that we discussed was done.

Every since we made the switch from garbage hauling service to Curt and his team we have been nothing but happy we can go two weeks before our cans are full. Keep up the great work guys people in storm lake appreciate what you guys do for us and the community thank you

Amanda is bad with customer service, instead of working things out she responds with “you are not a customer with us anymore” and hangs up and blocks your number. I will not be doing business with them anymore.

Garbage truck pulls up to my drive emptied my trash and left it right were I put it. They have no control over the heavy winds in our neighborhood. So if my trash can ends up in the middle of the road it’s not because of their poor service. They pick up trash about the same time every week. No problems.
