Hi Heidi! The piercing that helps a lot of our clients with headaches is a Daith ear piercing. It costs $45 and that price includes the piercing, sample aftercare and the jewelry. We always use implant-grade, surgical stainless steel, internally threaded jewelry. Thanks for the question! Lisa
