I ordered a pizza on the pizza hut app and it said it worked be reallyin 15 mins. I arrived to pick it up 20 mins latet. I was told that it would be another 12 min because my pizza just went inro the oven. The employee at the counter told me they got a bunch of orders. When I eventually picked up the pizza there were 2 other groups waiting with the same situation. When I got the pizza it was under cooked. Pizza hut needs to find a way to adjust pickup times that have realistic estimates. If they get a rush of order they could text with an updated estimate. Pulling the pizza out of the oven early is not an acceptable solution.

Best Pizza Hut pizza we have ever had. Had more toppings than I have ever seen on a Pizza Hut Pizza. And yet the thin crust was still crispy. Super solid!

Pre ordered online...ok signed up for txt alert..ok So get a txt saying on the way... 25mins later still waiting. Call the store 3 times before someone picked up and told them about txt. Told me the drive is on the way... Wrote review while still waiting... Phone show txt is now 30 mins old...... Yea not ordering here again. Only ordered this time bc of a gift card... Still waiting

EDIT: Redeemed. I talked about my experience with location manager and got store credit for the previous order. Today we tried it again. And it was great! It's a Tuesday and plenty of people working. My pick-up order was ready quickly and looked great. If they can maintain this quality they'll keep my business. Original: They were understaffed, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for my food being slow. I picked it up and checked it and asked why all the toppings were in the middle. IDK if the picture is clear enough but they were poorly made. I mentioned it to the kid who made it (I've worked a couple different pizza places and figured he's new/untrained). He told the MOD who said and I quote "Our toppings don't go to the edge." Duh, bad training. At least get out past the 50% mark, man. The food didn't taste bad, but it was ugly and why pay someone to make you food if you can make it nicer at home?
