Good place for children. Good amount of trampoline and arcade games. Ticket counter machine is a major ripoff. You can count 500 tickets but the machine will rip you off and count 200

I got the all day pass with Lazer tag. Spent 5 hours with some kids and I got more exercise than a 5 mile hike. Kids loved Lazer tag. Overall nice but some staff seemed distracted by phones sometimes. Not a good recipe for kids running around and jumping in ball pits. We did have a bloody nose situation and no one was around to offer help. My suggestion is go and have fun but bring a first aid kit.

Had a party here today paid full price for the Ultimate package and it came with absolutely nothing. We arrived 15 minutes early as asked. They had us pay, had the waters in the room and we didn't see anyone for the rest of the night. Not to mention we had to provide everything even food. We had to continue to go to the front desk to ask for socks and passes. There was no host at all checking on things. It was like we just paid for a room at a hotel. Not to mention my daughter didn't get her spin on their wheel. I had a party here last year and after this time I will never go back. Staff was completely disconnected and didn't make this a good experience at all. Another business a casualty of the pandemic where customer service has gone down hill.
