I went there to replace my broken pedals and bought a new pair. They replaced the pedals in 5 minutes and I was on my way. I will be a repeat customer for my bike needs. Excellent job and customer service.

Great selection of bikes and accessories to purchase from on-site. We've stopped by to get bike tires fixed several times and have always been able to get help right away. Everyone is so helpful and kind in the shop! Definitely my first choice place for any bike assistance!

Where are you

I bought a used child's bike and the chain slips off. I think there is a bolt missing. Is this something you can fix for a reasonable price?

I'm a disabled adult. I had them build a bike for me. Four days turned into over a month. I had two complete full suspension mountain bikes that were xt equipped. When it was finally done he said he would give me 200 for both bikes. The brand new bike had a much bigger cost than was discussed. I told him the crankset on one of the trade ins was worth more than 200. It goes wothout saying, he did not get my tradeins. Also the cables were ran so bad. I took it to Penn so they could rerun them all. I also told the owner Bruce. That he will be paying the bill from Penn after I get everything ran correctly. He also tried to put parts on my new one that were openly discussed I wanted my old derailleur. He put a super old one on. I had specifically told him not to. When I picked up the bike it also had a different one on. I'm disabled and on a budget. I honestly believe that 3 or 4 times he tried to miss lead me on purpose. I would never recommend. This bike shop to someone. Not even an enem.
