Great service and a beautiful view. The restaurant could have been cleaner, I saw eaten bread rolls & random fries on different areas of the floor and dust dangling off the hanging fish sculptures. Food was mostly average, cocktails were delicious though. "The Cod Father" unfortunately looked and tasted like it came from Denny's. I expected much nicer plating and quality, the side salad, however was very good. Our order of "The Beach Party Platter" had overcooked shrimp and clams that were on the tough side. Basically, anyone at my table who ordered seafood felt let down. The "Korean Cauliflower Wings" were actually fantastic, with a nice sauce and the addition of cilantro, green onion, & purple cabbage balanced it really well. My husband, who usually dislikes cauliflower, actually went back for more after I made him try it. The salad bar was ok, but if you don't eat soups/chili/meat it really didn't feel worth the price. I'm honestly a bit disappointed based on the hype this place has from some locals. I might try it again, but for breakfast instead.

It was a soooo nice to enjoy life lunch on the patio overlooking the river. It's been nearly 18 months since I've had lunch hear. So nice to be back. Great staff, great service , great salad bar. Looking forward to putting Sterlings back into my weekly lunch routine.

So many choices! Wonderful friendly staff. The steak was on point, perfectly cooked. The clam strips are huge. Better than Ivars. 😉 My son said the fries from Sterlings are his new favorite fries. My mother enjoyed her scallops. Funnel cake fries with raspberry, we wish we could get them back home. The staff did not complain that we were a chatty bunch and were there still eating and talking past closing.

2 plates where amazing, not mine. You think the most expensive plate at a table would have more care. I ordered a 10oz tri tip with mushrooms medium rare and by the picture you can see what I got. I don't mind rare if it's done right. Good value for size but not quality. I call it bubble gum steak. I tried frog legs when I was young and it was so tough my jaw got sore eating them, that was this steak. Not much for flavor either. The hospitality and ambience was great but getting a steak and baked potato maybe 2 degrees warmer than the room really speaks volumes about the cook as well as forgetting mushroom's when it's clearly a part of the menu and a skewer of shrimp that was grilled very well but had nothing on it except maybe what was on the grill for added flavor. If this is what you call a steak house then you people really need to get out and experience a cook or chef that really loves and takes pride in what they do.

Yes
I do not know for sure if there is a senior discount. I do know they have a portion of their menu for seniors which seems discounted.
Eastern Washington State wouldn't have alligators. It's a family style comfort food chain of restaurants
