My favorite place to buy clothes. Everything is well priced, their selection is great, all the employees are extremely helpful, the store is very clean and I always find a hidden gem at this location.

Great location and prices if your willing to spend some time looking through their selection. Sometimes When I sell clothes here I’m pretty surprised what they pass on.. but in general I think they are very fair. I used to sort of look down upon crossroads but this location and the one in Silverlake have definitely changed my mind. Shout out to the one tall guy with dark hair always working when I stop by / sell clothes, real good dude with great taste.

Things are well organized, but over priced for being used clothes. Came to sale items (Super Dry, Ted Baker, Cotton On, addidas, Levi's, J'Crew) with original tag on and recieved an unfair amount of store credit, also alot was not received.

Great location. Bein on a corner with all the huge windows makes it feel all fancy. Huge with most everything organized pretty well, except for the shoes, which are kind of just displayed wherever they can fit. Minor complaint, though. It'll be hard to not find something you dig here.

They do buy used clothes, but they are selective. I originally misunderstood the question, but from my original answer below (from a consumer perspective) you can perhaps glean what they are looking for: current, popular brands, in-style looks, and cool/desirable older stuff. I believe they also do a small amount of consignment on select authentic designer goods. As a customer, I've bought a lot of clothes here. They curate a great collection. There's very little fluff - almost all good stuff. They know their brands, but prices are reasonable. There are usually some more expensive designer and vintage items up front on consignment, too.
We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.

Thanks for your message. The decision to purchase any clothing is made in the store at the Sell counter. You can call the store directly and ask to speak to a buyer and they should be able to help, or just bring your items in and have the buyer take a look.
Yes, a governement-issue ID is required (passports work as well).

They buy and give cash or give a trade amount. Trade you get more.
Yes they will as long as its in style or name brand clothing.
