PEOPLE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR BLESS-ED time here … THESE SCUMBAGS ARE STRAIGHT UP CON ARTIST !!!! You take literally designer clothes or shoes and they Weill offer you a MEASLY MISERABLE PRICE . I took some Jordans that i don’t like no more . They were 250+ and some Nike Air Force one Liza and they offered me 20$ dollars for the Jordan’s and $9 dollars for the other ones hahaha . They are soooo picky and on their website they preach one thing but in store it’s another . WOLFS DRESSED IN SHEEPS CLOTHING .

They stopped taking drop offs for selling clothes and it was a 3 hour wait to sell clothes. The people working took their damn time. And the manager with the red hair wasn’t even helping them. Literally she was doing nothing! Never bringing my clothes here again. Bring back drop off!!! Just change the turn around time to a week or something. Dumbest move ever, you guys just lot a lot of customers. We showed up at 11am and they didn’t look at our clothes until 2 pm. The worst!!!!

the staff were very rude. i tried to get a fitting room and the girl yelled at me that she was off the clock, then when my friend and I checked out the woman didn’t give me the 50% discount on the tag and when my friend checked out the woman got upset with the other staff working because they gave her the 20% off. The staff here is not friendly and looked down at me for questioning the un applied discount.

Portland Crossroads bought 130 worth of clothes from me, this place bought 20, same type of clothes too, probably gonna be a waste of time but at least they bought something I guess

We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
No, they do not buy children's clothes. They deal MAINLY in mainstream designer brands for adult men and women clothing!
Usually anything retro. In good condition as stated above by Catherine. Hi end quality and designer names! 'Labels' is what gets the big bucks..limited editions..Prada..Jimmy Choo,Coach, nearly anything in Vogue mag is good rule of thumb. Retro jewelry, art deco themes and the like..now you get it! I was skightky disappointed I was sent home with more than half my stuff..not shabby stuff either.. but NOT shabby sheek enough. NOTE: These people know fashion..somewhat. They are always looking for the upcoming season..NOT so much the present one unless...again, Prada, Louis V., Hermes, V.Wang. The DID take my Doc Martins! Anything 'PINK' GA GA (maybe?), CYNDI LAUPER-ISH, Levi's or big buckles.. they send you to the Melrose or Hollywood location. Tees..the Ramons made it, Bob Marley,
They buy all kinds of jeans
