I have now been working at Atria Newport Plaza for over 5 years! I first started working as a server in the dining room and I loved it because I was able to interact with all of the residents. I transferred over to the front desk and now have the pleasure of being able to get to know the amazing family members of our residents. The staff members, and residents, along with their families, make this place feel like home. I am thankful to be part of this wonderful community!

You say you take care of your residents however you never serve them hot fresh food nor what you list on your daily menús. You pump our parents/ grandparents/ family members full of meds- some they don’t actually need- and leave them with 50/50 air conditioning and terrible food. The cost per month cannot be justified

I love the staff and they have been great all my time I have lived here. I’m glad about getting the vaccine here at the community recently also. Before the lockdown it was nice to meet all the pleasant people. Everyone is memorable and there are plenty of programs for residents to do like bingo, exercise, and trivia that I like. I am hopeful we will get over the pandemic together. Overall I am happy with what Atria has got to offer.

It has been an amazing journey and it pleases me to know that I help our residents everyday. Everyone in the community is friendly from the staff to the residents.
