The newly remodeled McDonald's on Marion and University Ave in St Paul is really nice inside and has a female security officer to keep the bathrooms from high traffic ya know so customers have to buy something to use the bathroom but it's really nice inside.

Getting worse every month. Longer waits every time. Currently sitting in drive through waiting for a single burger as people keep passing me by from other window. They have lobby hours listed but every time the doors are locked with no notification.

Rude and employees gotta pay for their own lunch. Manager was rude. Employee pay more for his meal then 2 people paid for there meals. But clean inside.

I just left from this location and their customer service is horrible. I asked for my Big Mac to be well done and check to see. They didn’t make it well done, so I ask nicely if they could remake it again. They told me I couldn’t get it well done and that if they remade it it was gone be the same result. The team member and manger for the night shift was very rude.
