Love Veterans Park its a local community park. It's gets tons of visitors from surrounding cities. Perfect for throwing kids parties, walking or running around the park, for circuit training, and baseball practices. Bell Gardens High School athletes practice at this park.

I've lived in this city for 20yrs and used on and off many of their services. This park has improved over the decade by installing public use exercise equipment. Improved outdoor basketball courts and playgrounds jungle gym. While the main building facility is is under renovation, they've provided portable school size buildings for temporary use for activities. Enjoy using the park for exercising and power walks.

Not that I'm aware of my son's school plays there but I'm not sure off season time I agree call the office
Heiri Garcia, Veterans Park only has a spray pool for ages up to 11. Residents know it as "mushroom pool" bcuz of its shape. Lol. It's always free to the general public. Currently, for summer hours only, hours are M-Su from either 11-4 pm or 1-4 pm. Please contact directly Veterans Park office for accurate hours. This park is currently serving summer lunch meals from 11:30-12:30pm. So bring the kids down for lunch, playtime and pool time afterwards. Main public pool is located at the Rosewood Park. Public entrance fee is $3.50, Residence with card is 25 cent. If no residence card, then you pay public fee. Hope this helps. Happy Summer 🌞
