We use the app to place orders for pickup pretty often. The food is consistently good with a decent amount of healthy options. Even when the store is busy, pickup orders are ready pretty quickly.

I placed an order for pick up earlier today. My car broke down and I tried to reorder for delivery. Called and spoke to a manager and she would try to bundle my orders so they both got delivered (was okay with paying for them both). Turns out the dasher had already left with my delivery order. Called back and she was able to cancel the delivery order cost so I could use my rewards. This Panera has my heart-felt thanks and appreciation. Amazing customer service.

Well, my girlfriend and I tried out the Panera app to order since curbside would be easier with my girlfriend's broken foot. When we received our order, we discovered that the salad was mostly tortilla strips. Now, it does seem like it was an issue with the app not clicking or unclicking what we had clicked to add so it came out not even looking like a salad. They should have noticed our "salad" didn't look like a salad and they could have called us.(below is an example of the "salad" they gave us, after taking out some of the tortilla strips) They also forgot about my flat bread pizza that I ordered entirely. We tried calling but it was dinner time so no answer. We had to go in to get this corrected. They didn't offer any refund or extras, they just simply took our order again. We were quite hungry at the beginning of this so we became increasingly more frustrated. Upon arriving home, my girlfriend went through her salad and found cilantro (which was not even supposed to be in the salad she ordered), also disgusting slimy pieces of lettuce. As if they did this on purpose for coming in and complaining. Not a good experience. Won't be eating Panera anytime in the foreseeable future.
